Melissa has officially vetoed the name, Daniel Craig Bowen, Jr. That is only her and the baby's loss. Back to the drawing board. "Blade" is definitely a front runner (for a boy or a girl). Actually, we are not going to tell anyone the name until young Blade is born. At least we can try to keep one surprise for a while. We'll see how this goes..Today is Jake's birthday. Hooray. We are about to head to lunch and I need to go write a paper. Feel free to leave any name suggestions in the "comments" section below.

D-Bo Jr. take a second just to think about how dumb that is. Stu-Bo would be good. not short for stud ankles, as nate has suggested, but short for stupid bowen. that would be funny. what about marky mark bowen or savge garden bowen... thing sav-bo. that's hot. seriously, whatever you name your kid, it'll be good. no offense but i'm not keen on cade. it reminds me of glade plug- ins, and chances are that kid won't smell as good as glade plug-ins so you'd be lying to people. i like that most people assume you're going to have a boy. if it's a girl, name it precious. pre-bo. HOT!!!!
I never agree that kids should be a "Jr." Except for two circumstances.
1) Their name is actually Junior. That would be a good one. Junior, Jr.
2) If you name your SECOND child after you. So, the first thinks he wasn't good enough and you cause some serious emotional pain. He would probably end up shooting people from some clock tower.

My only suggestion for a girl would be Penelope that way you could call her pe-bo as in Pebo bryson the infamous Christian Artist.
